Terms of Service.

1. What sixx.me is

sixx.me is a private delivery channel operated by Sentixx.Net P.S.A. ("Sentixx", "we", "us"). Creators upload content they own and send it to individual buyers as one-to-one, paid deliveries. Every delivery is marked with a signature and a forensic layer unique to that delivery, so a copy that surfaces publicly can be traced back to the delivered copy it came from.

sixx.me is available only in countries where our age-verification, payment, hosting, and compliance posture has been approved and enabled. Availability may differ by country and may change as those requirements change. We do not offer live streaming, AI-generated content, or bespoke commissions arranged through the platform; only pre-recorded content that a creator already holds and uploads directly.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold a creator or buyer account, or to view or purchase any delivery.
• Creators must complete identity and content-ownership verification before their first delivery. We do not accept content a creator cannot show they own or have the rights to distribute.
• Buyers complete payment through the active payment processor before content unlocks. A successful payment confirms the transaction, but does not by itself verify who personally received or later shared the delivery.
• Accounts are personal. You may not share login credentials or act on behalf of someone who has not themselves completed verification.

3. Content standards

All content must be legal, and must depict only adults who have consented to its creation and distribution. We do not permit, and will remove on discovery:

• Any content depicting or suggesting a minor, however that is portrayed;
• Content shared without the depicted person's consent, including former-partner or "revenge" material;
• Content obtained, or threatening to be obtained, through coercion, deception, or exploitation;
• Bestiality, or any sexual content involving an animal;
• Incest, or content depicting or role-playing a sexual relationship between family members;
• Non-consensual violence, or degradation staged to cause real harm or lasting physical injury;
• Illegal drug use;
• Live streaming, AI-generated or synthetic sexual content, and bespoke content produced to individual buyer request. None of these are part of the product today.

We screen uploads before they can be delivered, and we may reject, suspend, or remove content or accounts at our discretion where these standards are not met, without it being an exhaustive list of the only grounds for doing so.

4. Marking and delivery

Every delivery is a distinct copy of the source file, generated for a particular delivery, carrying a visible signature and a separate forensic mark. This is a condition of using sixx.me, not an optional feature: content is not delivered unmarked. Creators keep their own master file; only marked copies are ever sent out.

If a copy is found and human review confirms a technical correlation, Sentixx may tell the creator the exact delivery ID and related delivery details needed to identify that copy in the creator's own records. This does not establish that the buyer, payer, or person using an off-platform nickname published the copy. The creator does not receive buyer contact, age-verification, payment, or device data through this notice.

A creator may revoke a delivery at any time, which disables the link going forward. Revocation cannot undo a delivery already viewed or downloaded before that point.

5. Pricing, payment, and commission

Creators set the price for each delivery. Buyers pay in full, through our payment processor, before content unlocks. Sentixx retains a commission on completed sales; the applicable rate and payout schedule are set out in your creator onboarding paperwork rather than published on this page, and may vary by cohort or promotional period until our standard terms are finalized.

The available currencies, payment methods, network fees, conversion terms, and payment descriptor, if any, are shown by the active payment processor before payment. Sentixx does not promise card settlement, a bank conversion rate, or a particular statement descriptor where the active payment rail does not provide one.

We are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any arrangement a creator makes with a buyer outside of what a delivery itself represents.

6. Reporting and enforcement

If a delivery surfaces somewhere it shouldn't, we may help the creator assemble a reviewed evidence package stating which marked delivery the found copy was technically correlated with and when that delivery was issued. Delivery origin is not proof of uploader identity. We do not give the creator buyer contact, age-verification, payment, or device data through that package. Restricted data may be provided to an authorized authority only where a verified lawful request requires it.

Creators may use a delivery-origin notice only to protect their content, seek a takedown, report an incident, or pursue a lawful claim. They must not publish the delivery ID or evidence package, doxx or harass a recipient, or state that a recipient committed an offence solely because a copy was correlated with that delivery. A creator must take account of any later correction or retraction from Sentixx.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for violating these terms, applicable law, or our content standards, including retroactively for content discovered after upload. A creator may close their account at any time; open deliveries already sold are not automatically revoked by account closure.

8. Disclaimers and liability

sixx.me is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a marked delivery will resist every method of alteration, capture, or redistribution. Our Security page describes what the mark is designed to withstand and its known limits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of sixx.me is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and remain subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for Sentixx.Net P.S.A.'s registered seat, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last edited" date; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
