What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Sentixx.Net P.S.A. is the data controller for sixx.me.
1. Who we are
Sentixx.Net P.S.A. is the controller of personal data processed through sixx.me. Contact for anything privacy-related: support@sixx.me.
2. What we collect
Creators
- Account details: email, handle, and information you give us during identity and content-ownership verification.
- Content you upload, and the deliveries generated from it (recipient, price, timestamps, mark/delivery IDs).
- Payout details, handled by our payment processor rather than stored by us directly.
Buyers
- Purchase and payment records: your buyer account or purchase email, amount, status, timestamps, and the reference returned by the active payment processor. We do not treat a payment reference or payer detail as verified proof of who received or later shared a delivery.
- Delivery access records: which link was opened, when, and from roughly where (for fraud and abuse prevention).
- Where applicable, age-verification submissions, signals, decisions, and audit records. Age-verification data is kept separate from ordinary leak-attribution notices.
Everyone
- Basic device and log data (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and to keep the service running.
- A single local-storage preference recording that you've dismissed the cookie notice. No analytics or advertising cookies are set by this site.

4. Who we share it with
We use payment, identity/age-verification, and infrastructure providers under the contract and data-protection terms applicable to their role. We do not sell personal data.
If a found copy is confirmed through human review as originating from a particular delivery, we may tell the creator the exact delivery ID, the related content reference, the delivery time, and the technical correlation status. This identifies the delivered copy, not the person who published it. We do not include the buyer's email, account identifier, age-verification data, payment data, IP address, device data, or the delivery access token in that creator notice.
Restricted buyer or payment information may be disclosed only to an authorized recipient where a specific lawful basis and verified request require it. The exact recipient and scope depend on the case. A creator does not receive that restricted identity package.
5. How long we keep it
Delivery access events are normally kept for 90 days. Attribution candidates, confirmed delivery-origin records, creator notices, disputes, and legal holds follow a separate status-based retention schedule. Unconfirmed records are removed sooner; confirmed or disputed records are kept only for the documented investigation, correction, or legal-claim period. A legal hold is reviewed periodically and released when it is no longer necessary. Payment and accounting records follow their applicable statutory periods. Identity and age-verification records follow their own purpose-specific schedule and are not retained merely because a delivery is investigated.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data where the applicable law provides that right, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@sixx.me to exercise any of these. You can also complain to your competent data protection authority: for Sentixx in Poland, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
7. Minors
sixx.me is an 18+ service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and age/identity verification exists specifically to prevent that. If you believe a minor has an account or has been depicted in content on the platform, contact us immediately via our report form.
8. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page as the product changes, with a new "last edited" date for any material change.
