For creators

Creator Agreement.

The terms specific to selling through sixx.me: on top of, not instead of, our general Terms of Service.

Draft, not yet in force. Not reviewed by counsel; the commission rate referenced in Section 4 is intentionally not published here until finalized. Last edited 27 July 2026.

1. Who this is for

This agreement applies once you've completed identity and content-ownership verification and been approved as a creator on sixx.me. It governs what you can sell, how it's handled, and what we take in return.

2. What you can sell

Pre-recorded content that you already hold and personally upload, and that you own the rights to distribute. This is a deliberate, locked scope, not a launch-phase limitation:

  • No live streaming. Every delivery is a file we can screen before it goes out.
  • No AI-generated or synthetic content. What you upload has to be something you actually made.
  • No bespoke commissions arranged through the platform. You're not taking custom requests via sixx.me today.

Keeping the catalogue narrow and pre-screened is a deliberate risk posture for adult-content payment processing, not a launch-phase limitation we plan to quietly lift.

3. Verification and screening

Before your first delivery, we verify your identity and your right to distribute the content you upload. Every upload is screened against our content standards (see Terms §3) before it can be sent to a buyer. We can reject, hold, or remove content that doesn't pass, and suspend an account for repeated or serious violations.

4. Pricing, commission, and payout

You set the price for each delivery. Sentixx takes a commission on each completed sale; the exact rate, payout schedule, and minimum payout threshold are set out in your onboarding paperwork and account dashboard. We don't publish a number on this page ahead of finalizing our standard terms, and it may vary by cohort or promotional period in the meantime. Payouts run through our payment processor; we don't hold creator funds directly.

5. Marking

Every delivery generated from your content carries a visible signature and a separate forensic mark unique to that buyer. This isn't optional or configurable: it's how a leaked copy gets traced back to a specific sale. Your original upload is never the file that ships; only marked copies are.

6. Ownership and license

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant Sentixx a license to store, mark, screen, and deliver that content as needed to operate sixx.me: nothing broader than that, and nothing that lets us publish, sell, or reuse your content outside of the deliveries you create.

7. Leaks and enforcement

If a delivery of yours surfaces where it shouldn't, we help you put together an incident package: the match, which delivery it came from, and who paid for it. We're not a law firm and don't file anything on your behalf. See Terms §6.

8. Taxes

You're responsible for reporting and paying any tax owed on your earnings in your own jurisdiction. We may be required to report payout information to tax authorities where local law requires it.

9. Ending the relationship

You can stop selling and close your creator account at any time. We can suspend or terminate a creator account for violating this agreement, our Terms, or applicable law. Closing an account doesn't revoke deliveries already sold.
