Refund Policy.
What happens if a payment goes wrong, and what doesn't count as a reason for a refund.
1. The short version
A delivery is a digital good made available to one buyer immediately after payment. Once it's unlocked, the sale is final in almost every case: there's no "I changed my mind" refund. We do make it right when something on our end actually failed.
2. Digital content and your withdrawal right
Under EU and UK consumer law, you'd normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right doesn't apply once you've asked us to start straight away and confirmed you understand you're giving up the withdrawal period, which is what unlocking a delivery does. This isn't a loophole we invented; it's the standard rule for instantly-delivered digital content.
3. When we do refund
- The file is broken. It won't open, won't play, or is clearly not what the creator intended to send.
- You were charged and nothing unlocked. A processor or connection failure on our end, not on the buyer's device.
- Duplicate charge. You were billed twice for the same delivery.
- Unauthorized payment. Someone used your payment method without your permission. Tell us and your bank as soon as you notice.
4. When we don't
- You've already viewed or downloaded the content and simply don't want it anymore.
- You didn't get the response, relationship, or outcome you were hoping for from the creator: a delivery is the file, not a promise about anything beyond it.
- You shared your own payment method or device with someone else who made the purchase.
5. How to ask
Email support@sixx.me with the delivery link or mark ID and what went wrong. We're a small team, so replies come from a person rather than a queue. We aim to get back to you quickly, and most refund-eligible cases are resolved same-day once we've replied.
6. Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please contact us first: most issues are faster to fix directly than through a bank dispute, and a refund from us is often quicker than a chargeback resolves. This doesn't affect your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer; it's just usually the slower path.
7. For creators
A refund we issue on a delivery is reversed from that delivery's payout, the same way the processor would reverse it. Repeated refund requests against a specific creator's deliveries may trigger a manual review of that content or account.
